Vancouver Office, BC-Wide Service Coverage — 340+ Engagements Across the Province
From our Riley Park office on West 30th Avenue, we've audited and restructured commercial banking relationships for professional firms across British Columbia since 2005. Downtown Vancouver law firms, North Shore veterinary practices, Fraser Valley insurance brokerages, Victoria immigration consultancies — 340+ engagements delivered from one deliberately small office with 5 people who know what they're doing. Whether the conversation happens in person, at your office, or over video, every engagement is led by our principals — not delegated to junior staff we don't have.

Vancouver — Riley Park
Address: 606 West 30th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V5Z 0C9
Phone: (236) 832-8381
Email: contact@onlinebusinessplusvan.com
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Services: Full engagement delivery, in-person consultations, document review sessions, all 6 commercial banking services, personal banking advisory sessions
Our main office — where Darren Fong, Priya Chandrasekaran, Elena Vasquez, Marcus Tremblay, and Jordan Whitfield work day-to-day. Located in the Riley Park neighbourhood, just off Cambie Street with easy access from the Canada Line at King Edward station (10-minute walk). Street parking available on West 30th — it's a residential block, so finding a spot is rarely an issue. The building is unpretentious on purpose — the craft happens inside, not on the facade. Every one of our 340+ engagements has been managed from this address since Darren incorporated the firm in 2005.
This is where the deep work gets done: Elena's fee benchmarking against 23 Canadian financial institutions, Marcus's 60-page configuration guides, Darren's financial modeling sessions. When you come in for a document review, you'll sit at the same table where we've identified over $14,200 in median first-year savings for clients ranging from $1.9M immigration consultancies to $7.2M insurance brokerages. Jordan handles all scheduling — reach out through our contact form or call directly to book.

Downtown Vancouver — Meeting Suite
Address: Regus Business Centre, 1055 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC
Hours: By appointment — typically Tuesday and Thursday afternoons
Services: Client meetings, initial scoping conversations, engagement presentations, banking RFP finalist reviews
For clients based downtown — law firms on West Georgia, accounting practices in Yaletown, financial services firms in the financial district — we maintain a bookable meeting suite at the Regus Business Centre. Saves the trip to Riley Park when your schedule is tight. Underground parking is available in the building, and SkyTrain at Burrard Station is a 3-minute walk. The suite accommodates up to 6 people comfortably, which covers most initial scoping conversations and engagement presentations.
Priya Chandrasekaran and Darren Fong typically handle downtown meetings. Marcus Tremblay joins when the conversation involves digital banking platform evaluations, API integration assessments, or online banking optimization — his CISA designation and fintech background make him the right person to answer questions about configuration specifics. The downtown suite is where we presented the consolidated banking RFP results to Cambria Legal LLP — the engagement that eliminated 11 hours of weekly manual reconciliation through a trust accounting configuration integrated with their PCLaw system.

North Shore — Where $34,800 in First-Year Savings Started
Coverage: North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Deep Cove, Lynn Valley
Services: On-site consultations at client offices, banking document review, full engagement delivery
A significant portion of our professional services clients are based on the North Shore — veterinary practices in North Van, architecture firms in West Van, strata management companies operating across both municipalities, and a growing number of technology consulting firms in the Lonsdale corridor. We conduct on-site visits for document-intensive engagements where reviewing physical files, merchant terminals, and office banking workflows in person yields better results than a video call.
Northshore Veterinary Group's $34,800 first-year savings started with a meeting at their Lonsdale clinic. Three locations, three banks, three merchant agreements averaging 1.89% per transaction — the kind of fragmented banking structure you can only fully understand by walking through each office. After consolidating to a single institution, merchant processing dropped to 1.52%, saving $24,100/year in processing costs alone. The Lions Gate commute is worth it when there's that kind of savings on the other side. Typical North Shore engagement involves 2–3 on-site visits during the audit phase, with the balance of work handled from our Riley Park office.

Fraser Valley — Our Fastest-Growing Region Since 2019
Coverage: Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey, Langley, Abbotsford
Services: Full engagement delivery, on-site and virtual consultations, all 6 commercial banking services
Growing rapidly since 2019 — 23% of our new client engagements in 2024 came from Fraser Valley firms. The region's commercial growth has outpaced Vancouver proper, and the professional practices driving that growth face the same banking optimization gaps we've been solving for 20 years. Professional practices in Surrey's emerging commercial district, established firms in New Westminster's historic business core, Burnaby's Metrotown-area financial services companies, and agricultural businesses in Abbotsford with complex cash management needs that most urban-focused banking consultants don't understand.
Virtual consultations for scoping; on-site for document review and implementation. The SkyTrain extension has made Burnaby and Surrey engagements especially efficient — what used to require a 45-minute drive is now a direct transit connection from our Riley Park office. Elena Vasquez, CPA, CMA benchmarked a $7.2M insurance brokerage in Surrey (Redcedar Group Benefits) that yielded $5,600 in annual interest and commitment fee savings — on top of cutting reconciliation time from 35 hours to 12 hours per month across 1,400 annual commission payments. Langley and Abbotsford engagements typically involve one on-site visit for initial document review, with ongoing work handled remotely.

Vancouver Island — 18 Active Clients, Zero Compliance Findings
Coverage: Victoria, Nanaimo, Comox Valley
Services: Virtual consultations, periodic on-site visits (quarterly), trust compliance restructuring, banking relationship audits
We serve approximately 18 clients on Vancouver Island — primarily law firms and immigration consultancies in Victoria, plus a handful of professional practices in Nanaimo and the Comox Valley. Victoria's concentration of regulated professionals — lawyers, notaries, immigration consultants — makes trust and segregated account compliance a particularly high-demand service in the region. Every one of our Island-based trust compliance engagements has resulted in zero regulatory findings at subsequent audits.
Engagement delivery is primarily virtual with quarterly on-site visits. The BC Ferries schedule from Tsawwassen to Swartz Bay runs frequently enough that we can be in downtown Victoria within 3.5 hours of leaving Riley Park. Ferry schedule permitting, Darren has been known to combine client visits with a detour through the Cowichan Valley. The trust compliance work we completed for Pacific Laneway Immigration Consultants — zero findings at their College compliance audit — originated from a Victoria referral. That engagement restructured client retainer funds from a general operating account into a compliant segregated trust account within 30 days, reducing monthly reconciliation from 11 hours to 2.5. For Island clients considering a personal banking advisory session, we typically bundle those into quarterly visit days.

How Distance Doesn't Dilute the Work
A question we hear from clients outside Metro Vancouver: "Can you really deliver the same quality remotely?" The honest answer is yes — with one caveat. Initial document review and merchant terminal audits benefit from an on-site visit. Everything else — the fee benchmarking against 23 institutions, the financial modeling, the RFP development, the credit facility negotiation — happens at our desks in Riley Park regardless of where the client is located. Elena Vasquez's benchmarking spreadsheets don't know whether the bank statements came from a Victoria law firm or a Surrey brokerage. The arithmetic is the same.
What we won't do is sacrifice engagement quality for geographic reach. Our cap of 15 concurrent clients exists precisely because every engagement gets principal-level attention from Darren, Priya, Elena, or Marcus — depending on the service. We've turned away clients when taking them on would stretch our team too thin across regions. That discipline is why our median first-year client benefit has held at $14,200 across all five service regions, not just Metro Vancouver. If you're outside our listed service areas but within BC, start a conversation — we'll tell you honestly whether we can serve you well.
Choose the Format That Fits Your Schedule
In-Person at Riley Park
Best for document-intensive reviews, initial engagement kickoffs, and clients who prefer face-to-face. You'll meet the team member leading your engagement, review documents together, and walk out with a clear sense of scope. Available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Book through our contact form or call (236) 832-8381 directly. Street parking on West 30th, or Canada Line to King Edward station.
Downtown Meeting Suite
Best for busy professionals in the downtown core, Yaletown, or the financial district who can't carve out travel time to Riley Park. Available by appointment — typically Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Underground parking in the building. SkyTrain to Burrard Station, 3-minute walk. Request a downtown meeting and Jordan Whitfield will coordinate availability.
At Your Office
Best for multi-location businesses, merchant terminal audits, and situations where reviewing your physical banking workflows matters. Available across Metro Vancouver, North Shore, Fraser Valley, and quarterly on Vancouver Island. We bring the benchmarking data; you provide access to the banking files. The engagement starts where the banking happens.
Video or Phone
Best for scoping conversations, progress updates, and clients in Victoria, Nanaimo, or Abbotsford. The average scoping call takes 25 minutes. No charge, no obligation. Works across time zones for clients with interests outside BC. Same principal-level attention — Darren, Priya, Elena, or Marcus on the call, not an intake specialist.
Your Banking Setup Has a Story — Wherever You Are in BC
The average scoping conversation takes 25 minutes — and it can happen in Riley Park, downtown, at your office, or over video. We'll tell you whether a full banking audit is likely to uncover meaningful savings. If the numbers don't justify an engagement, we'll say so. 73% of the professional firms we've audited were overpaying at the time of first engagement — and the median first-year benefit of $14,200 typically covers the cost of the engagement within 6 months.
